Privacy Policy

What information we process

• Your questions — sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for processing, then discarded. We do not keep a database of conversations.
• Initial topic — we log the subject of your first question (e.g. "invoice automation") anonymously, to understand common needs and improve AVA's recommendations.
• Email address (optional) — if you use the email transcript feature, your address is used once to send the transcript, then deleted. You are not added to any list.
• No cookies — we use no cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics pixels of any kind.

Your conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI. Anthropic may temporarily process your messages to generate responses but does not use your data to train their models.

What we do not store

Each conversation exists only in your browser's memory during your session. When you close the page or click Start Over, everything is gone.

Anonymous usage analytics

To understand which automation challenges are most common, we collect anonymous statistics: the initial topic you ask about, and overall usage counts. This data contains no personal information and cannot be linked to any individual.

Because this data is completely anonymous, we cannot identify or delete specific user data on request — there is no way to know which topics belong to which person. This anonymity is a privacy feature, not a limitation.

Retention: Anonymous statistics are kept indefinitely for product improvement. No personal data is involved.

Your rights

Since we do not store your conversations or personal data, there is nothing to request access to, request deletion of, or correct. Your conversation data is ephemeral by design.

All communication between your browser and our server uses HTTPS encryption. Conversations are transmitted securely to Anthropic's Claude AI service.

GDPR & data protection

AVA does not collect or store personal information. Most GDPR provisions do not apply as a result, but we are committed to transparency about how your data flows through the system and respect international privacy regulations.
